Jerry was born in Germany on July 22, 1946 to Rose and Herman Jaeger. As Holocaust Survivors, they were determined to give their family a better life. They immigrated to America in 1948 and carved out a beautiful piece of the American dream with grit and determination. In 1970, Jerry and Herman launched Jaeger & Jaeger Real Estate, which would lead to decades of success in the real estate industry.
Jerry’s legacy is one of love, loyalty, determination, and generosity. Married to the love of his life Ann for nearly 54 years, he absolutely cherished his family, and he was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather. He was proud of the life he and Ann built together for their family.
Jerry lived life with joy and a deep appreciation for his family and friends. His smile could brighten up anyone’s day, and he gave the best hugs. He laughed at his own jokes, and he had a love-hate relationship with his golf game. He found happiness in the simple things, and he loved every dog he ever met.
Jerry was deeply generous in all ways and was passionate about giving back. He was a loyal friend and staunch ally to so many people. His bright soul and generous spirit will live on through all the lives he touched.
Jerry is survived by Ann, his brother Joe (Dora), his sister Helen, his three children who adored him - Samantha (Larry), Veronica (Tony), and Matt (Alexa) - and his six beloved grandchildren - Hannah, Ross, Hunter, Chance, Jayden, and Justin.
