Karen E Jones 72, born November 24, 1942 in Gary, IN - ascended to heaven January 26th. A laugh that could fill a room, a smile that was filled with warmth, and faith that brought her and those that knew her wisdom and peace. Mother of Gregory (Kathy) Jones, Susan (Fabio) Sorano. Grandmother of Alex and Ryder Jones, Enzo and Emilia Sorano. Daughter of the late Harold and Dolores Essex. Sister of Bonita (John) Zagrovich and Rosalind (Dave) Bard. Memorial will be held January 31st from 4 to 8 p.m. at William Scott Funeral Home, Wilmette.
