Dear dad today would’ve been your 86 birthday. I’m glad for the time we had together, you’ve taught me so much, you were there when I needed you, we all miss you very much, but we do have fond memories of our times together. You weren’t much of an outdoors man, but you made sure we all went camping and enjoyed the outdoors, I sure love you for that. Or or road trips across country, with the silence and the deep conversations. But the dreaded slow lecture is one Laura and I remember most (still fondly). You were the rock in our family, you planned so well, you reared two great kids (a little bragging) and you were a great husband to mom. I’m sure you’re planning our reunion and are having a great time with those who went before you. Say hi to all and take it easy on Steve on the chess board .
With great love and admiration
Your son
Rich

To Larry's Family: What a character he was. Always a smile on his face when I saw him. I am so happy that I was their travel agent. So many wonderful trips that they had. I will never forget the wonderful lunches we had Syatt Nova with Carol and Larry. Not just talking about trips, but about life. He was an absolutely wonderful human being. Elke

Laura & Carol & Family -
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad. I have truly loved all of the stories you have shared with me over the years about your Dad. What a remarkable man, who raised an amazing daughter. Clearly he was an incredibly warm and caring person...traits he instilled in you. Both of you have a smile that lights up the room. My favorite stories are how he lectured you for hours when you were naughty. What a character. There really are no words that I can say that will ease your loss but I hope that memories shared by family and friends in the days, weeks & months to come will help you through this difficult time. Hugs to all of you ~ Lisa

To Laura & Carol,
I never met your father but enjoyed sharing stories about our families. He was an incredible man. May you see him in every sunrise on your journeys. I thought of you when I saw this: "You will always be in my heart...because in there you're still alive," by Jamie Cirello. My thoughts and prayers to you all.
Love you,
Becky
