I was so sad to hear that Lori passed. I had been praying for her for so long as she struggled with her health problems. My hearts go out to her family that loved her so much. I've been flooded with so many wonderful memories of her, Jewel, Ruth and Carol in that big Bartonville house, especially around the piano and the organ. How I'll miss her laughter and beautiful spirit.

Dear Lori, we are remembering a life lived bountifully and authentically. The heartbreaking pain you endured on earth is surely yielding sweetest fruits in heaven. We can picture you now as a bringer joy in heaven as you brought us joy here on earth. Love you always, David and Leela Green

There are many of us in South Africa (not the least of which is my wife, Karen, who attended university with Lori and stayed friends ever since) who have known and loved Lori and know her for her many shining qualities and services. I watched from a distance the dance of love between Karen and Lori and was often regaled with stories of their friendship -- and of Lori's dear husband Chris. She is loved and will be missed. -- Steve Worth (South Africa)

Chris, Dalton, and Devon and family. I was very saddened to hear of Lori's passing. She was a very important person to me as Scout leader. Most people didn't know how she had to get our newsletters ready at the last minute because I hadn't gotten the information to her in a timely manner. Although this was usually the case, Lori never complained and worked quickly to get it done . Her friendship and dedication to me and our Scout Troop will always stay with me.
