Melissa "Missy" R. Szlembarski (nee Wawrzyniak), 38, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Dear wife of Piotr Szlembarski; loving mother of Alexander Huerta, Cecilia Huerta, and Isaiah Morales; cherished daughter of Robert (Denise) Wawrzyniak and Jennifer Savaiano; caring sister of Jessica Savaiano; proud niece of John Wawrzyniak and Jerry (Pamela) Parish; beloved granddaughter of Faye Wawrzyniak (late Robert Sr) and Barbara Gongaware.
All Services will be private at the request of the family.
