Michael L. Sherman, 70. Beloved partner of Dorothy Boryk for 28 years; devoted and caring father and grandfather of Raquel, Trisha, Tina, Mikey, Travis, and the late Kenny Newton; cherished brother of Leslie (Steve) Warshaw and the late Scott Sherman; dear son of the late Renee B. Sherman (nee Block) and Max E. Sherman; loving uncle of many.
Michael passed away August 27 in Henderson, Nevada after a hard-fought battle with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.
In life, Michael was a gifted attorney, practicing law in the city of Chicago. When not in the courtroom he could be found at a White Sox game with his family, on the golf course or having a cocktail with friends at "The Lodge".
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 17, 2023, 3:00 PM at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd. Wilmette. Reception to follow.
