Nelya Polyakova, age 94, of Skokie, Illinois passed away on Monday, April 3rd, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Valentin; devoted mother of Yakov (Raisa) and the late Gene Polyakov; cherished grandmother of Dmitriy, Galina, and Yevgeniya; proud great-grandmother of Faye and Brandon; will be missed by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
