Our mothers were pregnant at the same time our families were close. Pam and I remain close friends over the course of 50 years. I’m just finding out about her passing. I’m totally in shock. I just wanted to send my loop condolences with love Craig Pro.
You are truly missed.I still can’t get my head around this. I am so sad I didn’t get to see you for the last 10 years goodbye Pam I know you’re in God‘s hands .I hope we can reunite in heaven someday

Pam and I were high school friends. We had so many great laughs and memories. She was one of a kind. Gorgeous inside and out. Probably the kindest person I ever met. We reconnected several years ago over Facebook and had some big old belly laughs catching up. What a loss. She always spoke so lovingly about her family and her dog. Going to miss her!

I met Pam about a decade or so ago when she came to work as a nurse at Harborview Recovery Center.  She was one of those rare souls that absolutely sparkle with life.  Her laugh was so enormous you could hear it from every corner of the unit we worked on, and when I think of her, it is her laugh that echos in my mind. She was a person who simply knew how to spread joy even in the tiniest details of life.  Although I really only knew her in this slice of her professional life, I know that she touched countless numbers of lives with her compassion and grace in her care of them as a nurse. I also know her family was her pride and joy and her friends meant the world to her.  She will be missed by so many.  Rest in peace my friend, and my deepest sympathy to all those who knew and loved her.

I worked with Pameee as we affectionately called her at St. Joseph Hospital at Harborview for 13 years. I was a newer "old friend". It was a complete honor and privilege to work with that woman. For all practical purpose she was our head nurse(without the title). She made every patient feel safe and loved as well as her peers. My fondest memories are" Pamisms."My fellow peers from Harborview will get these. We would have lunch in a drawer, a staff party out of a suitcase, and her famous comment when she liked someone "You can tell,they are a good human". Back in the day when we would work on a Saturday she would love her steak dinners at a nice restaurant with her hubby and we would usually see her munching on that on a Monday for her lunch out of the drawer with her humus. She made her famous homemade chocolate cakes for all our birthdays, and made sure there were gifts and decorations. She loved her trips to Galena with her aunt and cousin. Many of a gag gift would come from Poopsies and the joy she got for giving them was always apparent. She was selfless,loving and the heart of Harborview. She loved her boys and when Ni and her beautiful granddaughter came around she shared pictures whenever she could. We will miss our beautiful friend. Love you Pameee always.Bethie 

Pam and I met while bunnies at Lake Geneva Playboy club in the 1970’s. We rented an apartment together. We were always laughing. One time we flew down to Vero Beach Florida in a 6 -seater plane that was being delivered to a customer of some pilot friends of ours. They offered us a free trip.  Couldn’t turn that down. Along the way there was a terrible storm we had to fly through, gaining and losing altitude , blinding rain, strong winds. Pam and I sat in the rear seats, our arms around each other crying and thinking that we were not going to make it. Four pilots and two wailing girls arrived safely after the most terrifying trip. Later on that trip we took a quick dip in the ocean and wondered what all the white things  were - we were surrounded by jellyfish. Should have stayed in Wisconsin. It was the most terrifying trip, but it was free! After working at the club, life took us our separate ways. We renewed our friendship after a reunion some years ago. Our friendship hardly skipped a beat. I will miss Pamela’s laugh, I admire her unashamed patriotism, her love of family, her respect and commitment to Craig. She loved his gentlemanly ways and was thoroughly appreciative of him cooking all the meals. Pam did not cook. I  remember her remarkable ability to quickly eat an entire bag of unshelled pistachios one after the other during a conversation. She could easily  put a squirrel to shame.  She was so proud of her beautiful son Paul. She loved her beautiful cousins in Hawaii. She had an extremely close bond with her mother.
Pam was a people person, had a good work ethic. compassionate  and honest. I smile when I think of her. That’s how friends should be. I love her so very much.

I’m deeply saddened to hear of Pam’s passing on August 29th. I’ve been friends with Pam for many years and worked with her as a physical therapist in addition.  Our friendship grew over the years and I admired Pam‘s loving heart, giving spirit, and care for her family and friends. I truly feel blessed to have known her and to have called her my friend. My deepest sympathy to Pam‘s loving husband, Craig, their son, Paul, Paul‘s wife,  Ni and their daughter, Freya; in addition to family and friends.  With love and sympathy, Linda Sylvester
