Dick was larger than life in being constantly kind and cheerful. I knew the family growing up. He was amazed by the strange things others left behind. In the end much of our lives possessions end up in a landfill. It is the kindness we leave that is remembered. This is a gift one can always hold. None else has the power to take this away.
