Ruth Treiman, age 94, Much loved wife of the late Oscar, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Ruth is survived by two living children; Sue and Terri (Hank Wroclawski), two grandchildren and one step grandchild. Loving mother of the late Larry Treiman. The dear caregivers at the Self Help Home became her extended family. Ruth had a beautiful singing voice and was so proud of returning to school in her 50's to become a special ed teacher. She loved to make silly animal noises and she loved her cats. Services Fri 8/26, 3:00 pm at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette.
