

Sherri Feldman, 94, was born and raised in Chicago with her sisters Judith Stein (deceased) and Meryl Kay and her cousins Sandra Pesmen and Zeke Zuckerman by her parents Jes and Dorothy Zuckerman. They spent their cherished summers in South Haven, Michigan. Sherri graduated from the University of Illinois as a speech therapist. She changed careers and became an accomplished artist and printmaker exhibiting in art fairs, galleries and at the Art Institute Rental Gallery.
Sherri married Jerry Feldman in 1954 and they were married for 44 years filled with family, adventure and friends. They had two children, Laurie (Joseph) Honor and Dale (Sally) Feldman. She was grandmother to Zachary (Bragan) Feldman, Samantha (Kevin) Brady, Alexander Feldman, Jonathan (Julie) Honor, Stephanie (Nathan) Chapman and Dana Honor as well as great grandmother to 11. Sherri was known for her creativity, craft lessons, and humor. She touched those around her with her amazing artistic talent, her endless crocheting, the pen holders she made, writing her news column or telling a joke or story.
