William Laird Harwood, 95, born September 10, 1927, married to Gail Elaine Burket for 60 years. He attended Evanston schools and graduated from Evanston Township High School in 1945. He attended Williams College and graduated from Northwestern University and has a MBA. His in-laws are Joanne Harwood and her husband Phillip Jacobs, his sister-in-law Anne Elizabeth Burket and Margaret Brook Boyce who have two daughters, Betsy Boyce and Sherryanne Porter and her husband Morgan who have two children, James Grant and Grace Edith Robertson.
Wm. H. Scott held a graveside service at Memorial Park Cemetery. A church service will be held at a later date.
