Dick is survived by his wife, Christine Hayes; daughter Cindy Seaton ( Brian); daughter Wendy Ferguson (Chad); son Richard Hayes Jr. (Tiffany); and son John Hayes (Natalie). Grandchildren: Airel, Preston, Hanna, Isabel, Sophia, Aidan, Lucas, John and Olivia.
Siblings: Carol Blanton, Debbie Earl, David Hayes, Mike Hayes and Raymond Hayes.
Dick "Richard" Hayes is preceded in death by his father John Hayes, his mother, Lucille Hayes, and brothers John Hayes Jr. and Kevin Hayes.
A viewing will be held on Saturday April 20, 2019 at 11am at Funeraria Del Angel Wilmington followed by Military Honors to be rendered at 12pm in our Chapel. There will be a Celebration of Life at 1pm with services concluding at 4pm.
A Burial is scheduled to take place at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, Ca on Monday April 22, 2019 at 1:00pm.
