Jose is survived by his spouse, Maria Elena Vasquez Ortiz; son Adrian Diaz; son Cesar (Abigail) Diaz; son Eric Alonso Diaz; and daughter Jocelyn Diaz. He leaves his legacy on this earth through his 2 grandchildren & is also survived by his 4 sisters & 2 brothers.
