Lei Emele Matautia, age 74, of Carson, California passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2020, Torrance, CA. Lei was born August 13, 1945 in American Samoa to her parents: Kuka Vele and Siva Puni.

Lei is survived by; son Maselusi Matautia; daughter Naomi Ropati; daughter Temutisa Nua; and son Iosua Pesa Matautia

Lei was preceded in death by; son Kaisara Matautia and son Neru Matautia, She leaves her legacy on this earth through all her grandchildren, family and friends.

A funeral service for Lei will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Mamao Ole Church, 1717 E. Carson St., Carson, CA 90745. Following the funeral service will be a graveside/interment at 12:00 PM at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.
