To Cece, Mona and Bryd,

My deepest sympathy's on the passing of your Mom. Our whole family is sadden by the news but have many wonderful memories of her, she was such a loving and caring person. As you know both Albert and Lupe were like my adopted parents. Our families grew so close we even bought the house nexted door. Remember when your mom and dad offered to let me live with you guys when my dad was transfered back to the east coast. Luckily, we got to came back to California when my dad retired and we ended up with the best neighbors in the world. Our mothers shared the love of bingo and played often. I'm so sorry I can't be there to support all of you but my love, strength and many tears are with you durning this difficult time Uncle Sonny and Auntie Rosa also send their condolences.

To my loving, kind & generous mother who was always there for all of us when we needed you! I want to share one of many memories I had of her.  I had disobeyed (I forgot what I had done) and she took me into the bedroom and spanked me.  While I was crying, she was crying also saying this hurts me as much as it hurts you but I have to do it and there we were both crying. I will never forget this in a good way because this is the type of person she was.  She never said a bad word about anyone.  I miss you so much mom & you will always be in my heart.  I have comfort knowing you are in a better place now and at peace with the Lord! I will love you always!!

Mona- your mother always opened her heart and her home to others. I often remember her kitchen with tamales fresh for a feast. God has blessed many people with knowing her. May your family find comfort within their memories of her.

Grandma Lupe, your physical presence will be dearly missed by all those that you have so preciously touched upon. It is warming to know that you are now resting and no longer suffering. 

Martinez/Johnson/Miranda Families, continue to stay strong through this time as you know she would want you to. Remember the lovely memories you each have created, share them, and embrace the moments you did have. Hold on tight to one another as each person grieves differently. It is through strength that HE provides that you will get through this. You each held a special place in her heart, as she does in yours. An amazing mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and great grandma you all were blessed to have. My condolences and continued thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Dear Cecelia and family, I was sad to hear of your loss of Lupe. My memories of her when I was at Sts. Peter and Paul are special. She always had the nicest smile, a very dear sweet lady. God bless you all at this time of great sorrow.  Kathy Almeida

Grampa told me stories of about how when I was I was born you two thought I belonged to the both of you because I was at your house so much. He would tell me he had four daughters, not three!. You have taught me a lot that I plan i trying to share with my 2 kids who you called Little One and Baby Girl. The only consolation of you being gone is that now you are an Angel looking over us and can help me guide my kids to being kind, considerate and good adults just like you thought me!  I will Miss you everyday!!!
