Richard (Rick) Serrano, age 62, of Wilmington, California passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2019. Richard was born April 16, 1957 to Isabelle Serrano and Robert W. Serrano. A Crane Driver with ILWU Local 13, Rick, was a Longshoreman for over 30 years.
Richard is survived by; daughter Cynthia Serrano; brother Bobby (Tina) Serrano and brother Ronald (Jennifer) Serrano.
Richard was preceded in death by; father Robert W. Serrano and mother Isabelle Serrano.
A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Wilmington, 1640 North Avalon Blvd, Wilmington, CA 90744, with a Rosary at 7 p.m. also at the Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Church, 1011 East L Street, Wilmington, CA 90744. Inurnment will be private
