Andrew Donald Kuebler, 31, of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2025, at UNC Health after a courageous battle with a rare form of lymphoma.
Born on July 11, 1993, in Wilmington, North Carolina Andrew lived a life marked by deep faith, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to his family and community. He graduated from Isaac Bear Early College High School before going on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from NC State University—where he became a proud and passionate Wolfpack fan. He later earned his master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
Andrew built a meaningful career as an IT Risk, Security, and Business Continuity Consultant at MetLife, where he was respected not just for his professional excellence, but also for his kindness, reliability, and integrity.
Beyond work, Andrew was a man of many passions. He had a deep love for bowling and golf, and he found joy and energy in electronic dance music. He was a lifelong learner who loved to read and explore new ideas, and he brought that same thoughtful curiosity to his relationships and daily life.
Above all, Andrew was a devoted husband to his wife, Katherine Kuebler, and a loving father to their two young sons, Bryson and Grayson. A godly man through and through, Andrew lived each day with compassion, humility, and a heart for serving others. He led with love—quietly, faithfully, and consistently.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine; sons: Bryson and Grayson; mother, Rose Kuebler; brother, Jonathan (Madison) Kuebler and many other grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kuebler.
A visitation will be held at Lake Forest Baptist Church on Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Andrew requested that donations be made to Lake Forest Baptist Church, HOPE Closet at Lake Forest Baptist, or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Andrew’s legacy of love, faith, and selflessness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
