In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Joyce Collins and his second wife Janet Collins; sister Betsy Lyerly and brothers: Steve Collins and Wayne Collins.
He is survived by his two daughters: Rhonda Harden of Wilmington, NC and Sondra Waters of Wilmington, NC; son Keith Collins and wife Cheryl of Wilmington, NC; four grandchildren: Joshua Harden, Ashton Harden, Daniel Collins and Amber Tuthill; two great-grandchildren: Kaleb and Jacob; sister Janet Norton and two brothers: Stanley Collins and Russell Collins.
A Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel at 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
