Barbara Ann Bergemann Price

Daughter. Sister. Cousin. Aunt. Wife. Mother. Grandmother. Great Grandmother. Friend. It is amazing the many titles a woman can hold in her lifetime, but these are the ones that meant most to Barbara Ann Bergemann Price.

The title she obtained Friday, September 23, 2016 is the TITLE OF ANGEL.

She was born October 7, 1939, in Wilmington, NC, the daughter of the late Richard and Madelene Bergemann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Price Jr., and three brothers: Ken, Ted, and Mickey.

She is survived by her sister, Dale Strickland, her six children: Ronnie, Donnie, Johnny, Lonnie, Angie, and Ernie, 8 of her 9 Grand Children, and 19 Great Grand Children. As well as many friends of family that knew her as “Mom” or “Gramma”. She rarely met a person that did not quickly become family and she treated everyone as if they were her own. She will live on in the many lives she has touched over the 76 years that God blessed us with her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at Andrews Market Street Chapel for an intimate gathering in celebration of her life. The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this time.
