She was born in New York on February 16, 1930.
Mrs. Rich taught first and third grade at Wheeler Avenue Elementary School in Valley Stream, NY before her retirement.
Surviving is her husband of over 62 years, Walter W. Rich; one son, Warren A. Rich; and a granddaughter, Jennifer J. Rich.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Andrews Mortuary Hampstead Chapel. Burial will follow in Sea Lawn Memorial Park.
