Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Henry Philip Wiley Jr; her two children Michael P. Wiley and daughter, Kelly M. Wiley; her siblings Ray Schaefer and Deborah Ann Schaefer; her cousin, Eugene ‘EJ’ Schaefer; and many others who loved her as their own.
Barbara was a United States Army veteran who loved children, and worked in day care so that she could share that love. She also loved scrapbooking memories of her family and friends; knowing those books would last forever. Barbara loved to sing and just spending time with her family. The holidays were her favorite and she loved birthdays. Barbara never knew a stranger and wore her heart on her sleeve. Her love radiated the room when she walked in.
