Betsy Britt Caudle

Betsy Britt Caudle was born in Mount Olive, NC, June 12, 1930 the daughter of Clarence L. and Georgia Britt. She died on December 31, 2010 after receiving outstanding care for nearly six years at Davis Healthcare Center. Betsy grew up in Kinston, NC, graduated from Grainger High School and attended Saint Mary?s Junior College in Raleigh. She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Robert W. Caudle; one son, Robert Caudle, Jr. and his wife Sharon; one daughter, Georgia Beth Spogli and her husband Ronald Spogli; grandchildren, William and Caroline; one sister, Mary Britt Marsh and her husband Jerry M. Marsh of Florence, SC and a brother-in-law, Fitz R. Caudle and his wife Ann of Wrightsville Beach, NC. A memorial service will be held at noon, Saturday, January 8, 2011, at Myrtle Grove Presbyterian Church by her pastor, Robert Carter, of River City Reformed Church. There will be a brief time of fellowship and light refreshments after the service. Burial will be private.
