"Scooter" Billy Lewis Deal Jr. Passed unexpectedly on Wednesday October 28, 2015 in Chicago, IL. The family will accept family and friends 6-8 pm on Sunday November 08, 2015 at Andrews Mortuary's Chapel in Hampstead NC. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Monday November 09, 2015 at Andrews Mortuary's Chapel and entombment at Sea Lawn Memorial Park in Hampstead NC. Scooter is survived by his loving wife, Riana Kamala Genereux Deal, daughter Abrielle Lindsey Deal "the absolute Apple of His Eye", his father and two siblings. Father- Billy Lewis Deal Sr of Sanford, sister- Crystal Deal White and husband Jean White of Sanford and brother - Chad Monroe Deal and wife Sherry P. Deal of Sanford. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Dowdy Deal of Sanford.NC. Scooter was born on May 14. 1968 in Germany to Billy L Deal Sr., and Nancy Dowdy Deal. He graduated from Lee County Senior High School in 1986. He married Riana K. Deal in 1994. Scooter has worked in the Hotel business for 20+ years. After moving to Hampstead NC in 2011, Scooter began working with First Carolina Management Company in 2013. Scooter's whole life has been working with people in many different areas. With his work as a coach and a manager he has touched many people. While Scooter was not a tall man, his heart exceeded the size of any man. Always willing to be there for his family, friends and anyone who needed him. Scooter was a very charismatic person who always made the best impression when meeting anyone and befriending them immediately. He loved his sports, music, to dance and spend time with his family and friends. He is considered to be a beloved husband, father, son, brother, friend, coworker and boss. Scooter will be forever missed and thought of often. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Riana and Abby Deal, PO Box 363, Hampstead, NC 28443 would be greatly appreciated.
