Christopher Patrick Cook born March 3, 1991 passed away on September 16, 2015. Christopher was a young man with big dreams for his future. He pursued his goals with relentless courage. Christopher is survived by his mother Linda Moore Cook, an aunt Susan Moore, a grandmother Mrs. Barbara Moore, his loving and sweet one and a half year old son, Oliver and Oliver's mother Annie O'Connell. Christopher's family would like to express a special heartfelt thanks to Mr. George Schutt, he was a terrific mentor and father figure to Christopher.
