He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Betty Richardson.
He is survived by his son Collin Ray Parker of Wilmington, NC; mother: Donna Richardson Kelly and husband Haywood Kelly of Wilmington, NC; father James Parker of Wilmington, NC; grandfather Ray Richardson; paternal grandparents: Maurice and Nancy Parker of Wilmington, NC; stepmother: Vickie Parker; aunts: Brenda Richardson and Pam Williams and cousins: Monaca Lachman, Melissa Biggs, Brooke Tulitani and Kendra Williams.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
