She was preceded in death by her husband Randy Allen.
Cindy loved her son and parents fiercely and had a special place in her heart for all animals, especially her own. She loved laughing and joking around. She was a beach girl to her core.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Hales and wife Kristen, and parents, Larry and Gaynelle Prestwood, all of Wilmington.
A visitation will be held from 10-11am on Saturday, January 18th at Freedom Baptist Church in Wilmington. A Memorial Service will follow with Dodd Mays officiating.
