Daniel Kent Singletary our precious angel on Earth went home to his Lord and Savior unexpectedly on June 1, 2017. To us he was a gentle giant, he was so loving and caring, giving himself to everyone whole heartedly with even through his organ donation. He never asked for anything in return for his unselfish nature, always giving his heart and soul. His joy in life was his wife Jami and his son Colt. He attained his lifelong dream in becoming a professional chef for his family. He will always be with us in heart, mind, and soul. He leaves behind his devoted wife Jami and beloved sons Colt and Dakota and to quote Kent “and no others”. To us you’ll always be our Big Sexy, Big Daddy, and Big Stud. Kent, miss your voice, miss your smile. Everything about you, worth a while, always wondering where you are. I hope you're with us, near or far. Many questions aren't answered, I guess we'll never know. But now you belong to Heaven, it's empty without your smile. The truth brings us to tears all the love you gave us all this year. Always seeing you at night when I turn off the light and the world's asleep. In my heart you'll always stay, we'll never forget you, you'll never fade away. I'll always remember the times we shared together. Remember your laughter, forever and ever. But now you belong to Heaven, it's empty without your smile. The truth brings us to tears, all the love you gave us all this year. And I wonder what would be the first I'd say if I meet you again one day and I'm hoping you'll remember my name if I see you again. But now you belong to Heaven, it's empty without your smile. The truth brings us to tears, all the love you gave us all this year. But now you belong to heaven, it's empty without your smile. The truth brings us to tears, all the love you gave us all this year, all the love you gave us all this year. On this day, the world stopped and we died inside without your love, you were our guiding star. Your love for us was deep and endless and ours for you. The butterflies in the back yard that you loved to watch have flown away with you to Heaven, we haven’t seen one since. The butterflies have flown away, but at night, the fireflies are lighting your name. When it was all said and done, Kent knew that nobody was going to be there for his wife and son and he was correct.
