Debra Ann Hastings

Debra Ann Hastings, 72, of Windsor, California, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, in North Carolina. She was born on August 28, 1953, in Edison, New Jersey, and grew up in San Francisco before making Windsor her home for more than 30 years.

Debra was an amazing woman who prided herself on being a loving and supportive mother to her children and her community. She wasn’t just a mother to her children—she was their close friend and confidante. She was deeply involved in their lives, serving as a cheer coach and team mom for their football team, always showing up and cheering the loudest. She had a refined sense of style and a passion for international travel, embracing new cultures and experiences with grace and enthusiasm. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, always greeting people with a warm smile and an open embrace. Her passion for music, especially The Beatles and Queen, filled her home with joy, and she loved nothing more than to dance and share a glass of wine while surrounded by family and friends.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Hastings; her father, Richard Moresco; her sister, Debra; her brother, John; her three children, Jourdan, Shayne, and Allyssa; and her cherished grandchildren, Jourdan Jr., Constantin, Conrad, Bode, and Jace. She was predeceased by her mother, Marie, and her sister, Vickie.
