Diane was born in Kittery, Maine on October 6, 1959 to Anthony L. Palazzolo and Joan M. Palazzolo.
She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Scott D. Palmquist, her two daughters, Rachel A. Palmquist and Laura M. Palmquist, and her three siblings, Christine M. Palazzolo, David "Geno" A. Palazzolo, and John P. Palazzolo.
A visitation for Diane will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 10:30 AM at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.
