She was born in New Hanover County, NC on December 19, 1941 daughter to Alfred and Virginia Teachey.
Dinah was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin L. Knowles.
She is survived by her daughter, Monica Lynn Phillips.
A Celebration of Life Service for Dinah and Ervin will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Graveside in Oleander Memorial Gardens, 306 Bradley Dr, Wilmington, NC 28409. Military Honors for Ervin will be held at the Service.
