Elizabeth Cullifer Rice Ramsaur died June 12, 2013, with family by her side, at the age of 104 years old. She was born in Mt. Gould, NC, living for many years in Plymouth, NC, before moving to Wilmington, NC. She is survived by three step-daughters and many grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Oleander Memorial Garden, in Wilmington, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Davis Health Care Center: 1011 Porters Neck Rd., Wilmington, NC 28411.
