She was born February 14, 1920 in Onslow County, NC to Henry and Betty Walton, both deceased.
She is survived by her son: William Brunjes, Jr. and his wife Yolande of Yulee, FL; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2017 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church with Pastor Samuel Zumwalt officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
