In addition to his father, Greg is preceded in death by his daughters Morgan, McKenzie, and Mary Elizabeth.
As a child Greg lived in TN, GA, and NC with his family. He graduated from Charles B Acycock High School in Goldsboro, NC and attended Wayne Community College. After college he worked for Purdue Poultry Company before he moved to Wilmington. After Moving to Wilmington he opened several video stores in Hampstead, Surf City, and Wilmington. He had Chips Video Store for many years.
Greg was a kind soul.
He never met a stranger. He really wanted to stay but God had a special plan for him.
Greg is survived by his loving wife Debbie of 27.5 years, his son Gregory of the home; mother Betty, brothers: Jerry and Kem, sister Deborah Pardue, nephews: Stephen Pardue, John Pardue, Stephen Broyles and wife Kaitland, niece Marybeth Palmer and husband Josh.
Greg- You have left my life but you will never leave my heart.
I take comfort knowing that there is one more angel in heaven watching over Gregory and me. We love you always.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 10:30 am at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers: Jim Wright, Scott Williams, Stephen Pardue, John Pardue, Charlie Ward, Mike Nixon.
