Hazel Dawson Miller died at Wilmington Hospice Care Center on April 20, 2017. She was born September 12, 1926 in Charleston, WV. She was the daughter of Harry and Eula Dawson.
She and husband Bill moved to Wilmington in 1969 when he took employment at the GE Castle Hayne plant. Hazel was predeceased by Bill’s death in 2007.
She is survived by daughters Pam Speth (George) and Kathy Miller, both of Wilmington. Her sister Mary Jackson, brother Wayne Dawson (Carol) and nieces reside in the Charleston area.
