Allan was born June 21, 1972 in Wilmington, NC to William Leslie Neal Jr. and Ruth Allen Neal. Allan is survived by his mother Ruth Allen Neal, loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father William Leslie Neal Jr. and brother William Leslie Neal III.
Allan loved to restore old cars with his father and brother. He always shared the joy of car shows and swap meets with his father. He enjoyed get togethers with his family on holidays and birthdays. A visitation will occur Sunday, June 14th, 2020 from 6:00-8:00pm at Coble-Ward-Smith Funeral and Cremation at 1155 Shipyard Blvd. Wilmington, NC 28412. Graveside service will be on Monday, June 15th, 2020 at 1:00pm at Oleander Memorial Garden, 306 Bradley Drive, Wilmington, NC 28409.
