Janice Boyd Ward, age 84, of Leland, NC, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026. She was born in Ash, NC on October 24, 1941 to Johnny Richard Boyd, Sr. and Beulah Adell Boyd.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Lula Shepherd, Billy Boyd, Donald Ray Boyd and John Boyd, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Ward, Sr. and sons, Roy Ward, Jr. and Richard Ward.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
