Jimmy lived a life rooted in connection and kindness. Jimmy’s steady presence—quick to listen, slow to judge, and always ready to lend a hand—was a quiet kind of magic that made life feel a little easier. If something was broken, he’d fix it (and somehow make it better than before).
Jimmy was the founding member & group ride leader for the Rusty Spokes cycling group, an avid pickleball player, and never turned down the opportunity for adventure.
The celebration of life for Jimmy Jones will be held on Friday, May 1, from 1-3 pm EDT at Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard, 1002 Princess Street, Wilmington, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in Jimmy’s memory—a reflection of the life he so generously lived.
