Johanna M. Usala, age 93, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Wilmington, North Carolina.
She was born on May 27, 1933, in Bristol, Connecticut. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and journalism from Arcadia University, Glenside, Pennsylvania.
She was a private tutor and volunteer working with special needs children.
She is survived by three sons, nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugo R. Usala.
