I just found out about Mark's passing , and i wanted to express my sincere condolences. Mark was a First cousin of mine, and i had not seen him since i had my business in Brunswick County. Most importantly, my sympathy to Debbie and his family and his two sisters!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Although I didn't know him very well, I did enjoy the time I spent with you two.  I know it was difficult to see him in the hospital like that, but you were both so strong and patient.  I'm glad I was able to meet you and I hope that, in time, the memories of your husband/father will be enough to get you through.  And Debbie, whenever I see a huge apple, I'll always think of you. It was delicious :)
Continue to stay strong and be there for each other.  My prayers are with you.

I had the priveledge of working with Mark on several occasions and really took to his calm, professional yet humble and casual way of addressing even the toughest of challenges. He is a great leader and will have lots to do in heaven. God knows what He is getting......a huge gain for Him and a temporary loss for us.

Even though i had not seen mark in years i do remember him from our years at Helena.  What a wonderful person he was and a good friend way back when.

Mark was always a fair and truthful plant manager and person. He treated myself and my Traveling Maintenance crew with the upmost respect and concern during the many years we worked for him at different plants.Not many people can manage a Plant, for a large Corporation,  and be considerate to its employees, Mark did.
