John L. Rowley, 70, of Wilmington, NC passed away suddenly on April 11, 2014 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. John was born on September 11, 1943 in Canandaigua, NY. He was preceded in death by his father Edson, mother Mary and brother Franklin. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Bonita (Thompson), a son Todd (Lorraine), daughters Deanna (Carey) Gardnier and Kate (Phillip) Kosina. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Joshua (Meghan), Nicholas, Matthew, Zachary and Tyler Lauren and two great grandchildren, Savannah and Ava. He is loved and will be greatly missed by all. There will be no services per John's wishes.
