Kay Frances Todd

Kay Frances Todd, 82 of Wilmington, NC went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 15, 2023.  She was a loving and devoted wife, Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that lived a perfect example of Proverbs 31.

She was born June 28, 1940 in Columbus County, NC, to the late Leo and Edna Allen.   She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Todd, her granddaughter Chrissy Todd and her grandson Johnny Todd, Jr.  

She is survived by her 5 Children: Johnny Todd, wife Brenda; Jerry Todd, wife Frankie; Janet Hodge, husband Michael; Judy Clark; and Jeannie Hulmes, husband John.  

She is survived by her 8 grandchildren: Jerry Todd Jr, Michael Todd, Brandon Todd, Ramin Razi, Ashley Rosette, Kalyn Parish, Alec Hulmes, and Amanda Hulmes.

She is survived by her 8 great grandchildren:  Zackery Todd, Carson Todd, Hailey Todd, Logan Todd, Lainey Todd, Penelope Razi, Lilly Razi and Madison Todd.

She is also survived by her brother, Leo Allen, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 21, at Andrews Mortuary, 1617 Market Street, Wilmington, 28401, where friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of services.  Reverend Kenny Chinn will officiate.  

Interment will follow in Oleander Memorial Gardens, 306 Bradley Drive, Wilmington, 28409.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Todd Jr., Brandon Todd, Ramin Razi, Alec Hulmes, Zackery Todd and Carson Todd.
