

Linda Marianna D'Amico Dlubac, of Leland, North Carolina a cherished wife, sister, aunt, stepmother, and friend, passed away after a 4 year battle and side effects from cancer on November 3, 2025. Born on July 25, 1949, in Long Island, New York, to her parents Thomas and Eugenia Dlubac,
Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother Stephen Dlubac.
Linda was the beloved wife of Salvatore "Sal" D'Amico, with whom she shared 24 years of marriage filled with mutual respect, laughter, and unwavering support. Her love extended to her brother Tim and his wife Bunny "Barbara Jean," Linda's niece Jaime Dlubac, nephew T.J. Dlubac and his wife Amy, and her great-nephews Jaxon and Lincoln will fondly remember her. Her step-children, Maria Del Orfano and husband Michael, their daughter Isabella, Peter D'Amico, his wife Erin, and their four children: Kayleen, Peter, Liam, and Eddie, will miss Linda's and will forever treasure their memories of Linda's kindness, wisdom, and love.
Before her retirement, Linda dedicated 34 years of service to Chase Manhattan Bank on Long Island, where she held the position of Second Vice President. Her professionalism and dedication were evident to all who worked alongside her. She continued to work part-time at J.C. Penny for several years after her retirement. Linda's commitment to community was further reflected in her active participation as a member of the Social Committee at Magnolia Greens, where she played a significant role in organizing the 20th Anniversary Event.
Linda had an array of interests that brought joy to her life. An avid reader, she found solace and excitement in the pages of books, which were her constant companions. Her love for moose was well-known among her friends and family, as she delighted in collecting various moose-themed items that reflected her passion for the majestic creatures. Linda especially enjoyed ice cream with the girls, which was always a highlight for her.
Linda's legacy of love and kindness will live on through the lives of those she touched. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Linda's departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. As we say farewell, we celebrate the remarkable life of Linda Marianna D'Amico Dlubac and cherish the precious memories she has left behind.
