Lynn Haddaway Bridges

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn Haddaway Bridges, After a long battle with cancer, with her husband by her side she passed peacefully at home under the care of hospice.

She was born on 6/15/54 in Easton, Maryland to Shirley and George Haddaway. She later married Michael Perry Bridges on March 27, 1992

She enjoyed traveling with friends and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren, She found great joy in watching them grow and succeed in life.

We send out thanks and gratitude to the Zimmer Cancer Center for the outstanding care that she received from her Oncology nurses both at Zimmer and the Scotts Hill location as well as the staff and volunteers that made her feel so special, it was their comfort and care that helped her get through her treatments. We also appreciate the kindness and support given to Lynn by the Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar in partnership with Blood Cancer United, she so enjoyed attending their benefits every year.

She is survived by her husband Perry Bridges, Her daughter Kari Mullen, Stepchildren Christy Henderson and Michael Bridges, grandchildren Emma Welter, Taylor Mitchell, Ascher Mitchell, Madelyn Henderson, Dalton Henderson, Mason Bridges and Ozzie Bridges. She was preceded in death by her son Brandon Mitchell and her mother and father Shirley and George Haddaway.

A private family memorial will be held later.

Lynn will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
