Mary Reeves Bordeaux

Mary Reeves Bordeaux, 98, of Delco, passed away on Sunday May 21, 2017 at Brunswick Cove Living Center, Winnabow. She was the wife of the late Willie T. Bordeaux. Born in Delco on February 12, 1919, she was a daughter of the late J.A. and Blanch Wolfe Reeves.

Her Family was her life. She was an avid church goer at Livingston Baptist Church and then Prosper Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, was a very classy dresser and a great cook.

She is survived by her son Willie Orvis Bordeaux and his wife Barbara of Delco and Catherine Bordeaux Sandlin and her husband Lance of Delco, seventeen grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren, sister Ruby Farmer, and daughters-in-law, Carolyn Bordeaux and Frances Willets.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sons Leon Wayne Bordeaux and David Allen Bordeaux, daughter Donna Bordeaux Wickham, sister Gladys Williams, brothers David, Leon, Frank, Jack and J.D. Reeves and son-in-law Joe Wickham.

Her funeral service will held at 2PM on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at Prosper Baptist Church, 6595 Livingston Chapel Road, Delco with visitation 1-2PM at the church. Burial will follow at Livingston Baptist Church Cemetery, Delco.
