Nancy Crawford Graham

Nancy Crawford Graham, 80, of Wilmington, NC, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023. She was born May 18, 1943, in Milford, DE to the late Ralph Joseph Graham, Sr., and Mary Catherine Hill Graham.

Nancy graduated from UNCW in 1966 and was a member of ADK Sorority. She taught at Bradley Creek Elementary and Alderman Elementary for 30 years prior to retirement. Nancy was a volunteer with Thalian Hall, Good Shepard House, Latimer House, and Sea Turtle Preservation Society.

Nancy was an active member of the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church for many years.

She is survived by her brother, R. Joseph “Joe” Graham, Jr. (Deena), of Wilmington, NC; nephew, Dwayne Graham (Allison); niece, Karen Gerow (Scott); great-nieces, Brooke Graham, Madison Graham, Regan Gerow, and Kinsey Gerow; and great-nephew, Cooper Gerow.

Due to the threat of inclement weather, the graveside service has been rescheduled for 2:00PM Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Oleander Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Nancy may be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church at 1401 S. College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28403.
