Norman Phillip Weiss, 85, died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Silver Stream Health and Rehabilitation Center, Wilmington. He was born in Durham, NC, on May 25, 1928 to Henry M. Weiss and Daisy Lynch Weiss. He retired from the American Red Cross, and is survived by his nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, with Mr. A.Q. Smith officiating. Andrews Market Chapel Service.
