Pareta Scala Fracassi

Pareta moved to Schenectady, NY in 1958 to pursue the American dream. She worked as a seamstress for many years. Pareta was an avid gardener, taking great pride in growing fruits and vegetables. She enjoyed preparing delicious meals for family and friends. She especially loved making bread and pizza in her outdoor oven.

Pareta was most proud of her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Guido, daughter Grace (Loreto) Mastroianni of Hampstead, NC, Lucy (Richard) Robins of Australia, grandchildren Enzo (Andrea) Mastroianni of New Hampshire, Amanda McAlister (Bryan) of Burgaw, NC and Nicole (Michael) Rourke of Australia. She was blessed to meet her two great grandchildren Genevieve and Kincade, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10am to 12pm on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.

Funeral Service will start at 12pm in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will immediately follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens, 306 Bradley Drive, Wilmington, NC 28409
