Patricia Hamilton Powell, 75, of Wilmington, died on Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Patricia was born in New Hanover County to the late Myrtle Reynolds and Wilbur Powell. She is survived by two sons, Perry D. Powell III and wife Judith of Cary, NC and Keith Powell and wife LaRay of Wilmington, NC; one daughter, Pamela Jean Powell of Wilmington, NC; five grand children, Matthew Keith Powell, Jr., Melissa Nicole Powell, Hannah Noelle Powell, Perry D. Powell, IV and Michael Philip Powell and one sister, Joette Johnson of Kelly, NC. A funeral service will be held at 11am, on Monday, August 11, 2008, at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 2222 S. 17th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401
