In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Misty Smith, grandson, Jordan Benson and brothers, Ronald Sullivan and Richard Sullivan.
She is survived by Roosevelt Smith of the home, daughters: Debra Benson and her husband Thomas of Kelly, NC and Sherial Coulter of Hallsboro, NC; grandchildren: Sally Mills and Robbie Smith, both of Delco, NC and Ricky Coulter and Trisha Coulter both of Hallsboro, NC; great grandchildren: Catherine Smith, Danielle Mills, Dwayne Mills, Devin Mills, Jonathan Smith and Austin Smith; great- great grandchildren: Ayden, Alyse, Cataleya, Sophie, Sage, Sawyer, Bentley, Preston and Macelyn and a very special sister-in-law, Margarette Sullivan Singleton of Leland, NC.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Oleander Memorial Gardens, 306 Bradley Drive Wilmington, NC.
